1.0 The Problem

Agencies and service businesses lose hours every week compiling client reports by hand.

2.0 Claude's Job

An agency owner used Claude Cowork and Claude Code, without writing code, to build a tool that pulls Meta ad data and CRM data and writes the weekly client report. They say it saves 20 hours a week, and that they've also built a quote builder and a bank reconciliation tool the same way.

3.0 Caution

Twenty hours a week is the owner's figure, from a tool that pulls ad and customer data. Anything that reads client data needs the same care you would give a new employee with those logins.

It is handy with folders of files. Open one result you already know is right before you trust the whole batch.

4.0Try the job

The original post did not include the exact wording they used. The story still shows the job. Describe your own version the way you would brief a new hire, and stay nearby while it works.
