You do not need to know the products. This is the short version: what an agent is, a few jobs it can take, and how to try one.
What an agent is
An agent is an AI helper you give a job to in plain words. It does the steps for you, and it checks with you before anything important.
Everyday jobs
These are ordinary chores. When someone has already handed a job like it to an agent, the link goes to that story. The story names the tool they happened to use. That is a record of what they did, not a recommendation.
- Sort email and draft replies.A brand owner had an agent sort a work inbox and draft the replies.Read that job
- Chase unpaid invoices. One story is follow-ups, reminders, and chasing invoices.Read that job
- Book appointments. That same inbox story also had the agent schedule meetings.Read that job
- Turn receipts into a spreadsheet. The guide does not have that exact job. A close one is an agent that renames and sorts receipts every Friday.Read that job
- Plan a trip.Nothing like that is in the guide yet.
You will see some tools more often than others in these stories. That only means more people wrote about them. It is not a ranking.
How to start
- 1 Pick one annoying task you keep repeating.
- 2 Pick a tool. Any of them can work. The Tools page is where you compare the real jobs people gave each one.
- 3 Describe the job in your own words, the way you would to a new assistant.
- 4 Let it draft.
- 5 Check before it sends anything or changes anything.
- 6 Adjust what you said, and do it again.
Keep it safe
- Start small. One task is enough.
- Don't share passwords unless the job needs a login, and only for the account you mean.
- Keep approval on. You say yes before it sends, spends, cancels, or changes a record.
Where to go next
