Turn rough notes into a marketing page, a sales pitch, and slides
Writing the same product story three times, as a page, a pitch, and slides, takes most of a day.
What the agent did
Preston Gralla tested Microsoft 365 Copilot for Computerworld using a made-up home office furniture company. He typed a few minutes of notes and had Copilot in Word draft a marketing document. He then pointed Copilot at that file to write a sales pitch, and had Copilot in PowerPoint build a seven-slide deck with speaker notes from the same document. He found it worked well when it started from a real document, but when he gave it only a vague request it invented details that weren't true.
What the owner still checks
This is a reviewer's test with a pretend company, not a real business's results. Copilot made things up when the request was thin, so give it your real notes and read every claim before it goes to a customer. This needs the paid Microsoft 365 Copilot, not the free app.
Give it your real notes or a real file to start from. With a thin request it can invent details, so read every claim before it goes out.

Using my notes below, write a one-page marketing document for [product] aimed at [customer]. Use only the facts in my notes and leave a [CHECK] marker anywhere you'd need a detail I didn't give you. Notes: [paste notes]. (Next, in a new Word document, reference that file and ask for a one-page sales pitch. Then in PowerPoint, ask Copilot to build a presentation from the same file.)
